renovated c.1860 barn is now a training centre or practice studio with a 100m2 first floor open space room, a downstairs breakout area, with modern kitchen and toilet facilities. The barn is Wi-Fi equipped, boasts ample power sockets throughout equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment to support trainers presentations. A shaded open breakout area at the back of the barn has oak bench seating and a large dining table to accommodate large groups.
Outside a 7000m2 orchard with 60 fruit trees awaits, with its mown activity circle, seated dug in the ground fire pit, a wood burning pizza oven and a number of mown walkways through the natural meadow grass and wild flowers to add to delegates wellbeing. Around the orchard and under various trees, seating provides comfortable places in which to do exercises in pairs or small groups.

- Good Train connection from Bordeaux airport to Bergerac rail station. Or from Toulouse via TGV to Agen, where you change onto a bus

- Good Bus connection from Agen to Villeneuve-sur-Lot on the #900 outside Agen rail station to La Poste (the very last stop) in Villeneuve. Takes about an hour.
The property has its own large potager, we grow a range of organic vegetables, fruit and flowers meaning that food is always fresh, delicious and plentiful. We have arrangements in place with a number of local caterers who are able to meet a full range of dietary requirements.
